hi! Iām Ben
I'm fascinated by what happens when powerful technologies meets human systems, how they change the way we work, learn, interact with each other, and experience the world.
I'm a Senior AI Strategist at KUNGFU.AI, where I partner with executives to identify high-impact AI use cases, redesign organizations, and translate complex technology into clear business value. I'm also a student of history and the societal consequences of technology, and I'm particularly drawn to how people and machines learn to work together, and how individuals and communities can gain new skills to thrive during periods of intense change.
I'm the co-author of Wayfinding: A Business Fable About Leading in the Age of AI (October 2026), and I write about technology, design, and society on my Substack. Previously, I led strategic initiatives at Doblin, Deloitte Consulting's innovation practice, and worked as a business researcher at Gartner. I hold a BA in English with a minor in human-centered design from Dartmouth College, where I won the Mecklin Prize for creative nonfiction.
I live in Cambridge, MA, and you can probably find me running along the Charles with the Battle Road Track Club. If you'd like to get in touch, drop me a note below.
