I give talks and guest lectures and join podcasts on three topics. Each works as a keynote, a workshop, or a conversation, for executives, boards, university audiences, and policy groups. To book, email me at benszuhaj@gmail.com.
Leading in the age of AI
Most leaders got where they are by pathfinding: a known destination and a known route. AI calls for wayfinding, where neither is clear. This talk draws on Wayfinding and on KUNGFU.AI's client work to show what good leadership looks like now: admitting what you don't know, building teams that can experiment and fail in the open, and treating waiting as a decision with its own cost. In a 2026 survey of 300 C-suite leaders, 74% said they project more confidence in their AI strategy than they feel. This talk is about closing that gap.
The deal workers are getting from AI
AI is saving people real time at home and much less at work, and firms are struggling to turn adoption into measurable productivity. Nine in ten firms report no productivity impact from AI so far (NBER, 2026). This talk argues that the missing piece is the deal: workers have little reason to bring their best AI use to their employers when the gains don't come back to them. It covers what gainsharing plans got right in the last century and what a fair AI deal could look like now. This thesis is separate from the book.
Writing and creativity with AI
I trained as a writer before I worked in AI. This talk is about what AI does and doesn't change for people who make things: where it helps, where it flattens, and how to keep taste and judgment in the loop. Built for writers, students, and creative teams.
